I was fortunate enough to meet Ms. Yahnny Adolfo San Luis, not long after I founded Cognis IT Advisors in 2007. For the past 15 years, we have collaborated professionally on several occasions. During our most recent collaboration in 2022, Yahnny led an engagement to develop the marketing strategy and collateral support materials for Think Big with Geoffrey Kent (a venture providing online coursework to guide entrepreneurs through the process of scaling exponential business growth).

After Yahnny reached out to me if she could be a volunteer at the 5 day event of the SUP 11-City Tour, the longest existing stand up paddle event in the world, I said yes and I'm glad I did.
With her in our media team the work was getting done, the pressure was high to share photos the same day after a full day of following the athletes around the Dutch canals.

She was able to do it and wasn't scared to take on the challenge. From my experience I know it's always a very overwhelming week. I also know it's a lifetime experience to work together with 70 other volunteers to make the week a memory that will never fade away for the athlete and for yourself.
